Who Can Submit

We accept submissions from:

• Creators of free or commercial software with proper licensing

Submission Requirements

• The software is free from viruses, malware, spyware, or any harmful code.
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Illegal, cracked, or pirated software is strictly prohibited.

Information to Include

When submitting your software via email, please include the following details to help us review your application quickly:

• Software Name: The official product name.
• Official Website URL: Link to your official site or product page.
• Download URL: Direct link to the installer or archive from a trusted source.
• Software Description: A clear summary of functionality, features, and unique points.
• Version Number: Current version of the software.
• Supported Operating System(s): Specify all platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, etc.).
• System Requirements: Minimum and recommended system requirements (optional but recommended).
• Screenshots or Logo: Images help users understand your software (optional but strongly encouraged).
• License Type: Free, open-source, trial, or commercial.

Review Process

Our editorial team reviews every submission to ensure compliance with XDownHub standards. The review process typically takes 24–72 hours. Approved software will be listed on our platform and promoted through our software categories.

• XDownHub does not host any software files on its servers unless explicitly stated. All downloads must be from official or trusted external sources.
