New features in version 13.1:
* When a sale/purchase is cancelled, the "observations" field is replaced with the reason for the cancellation.
* The character length of the [Note] field in proforma and transfer is increased from 50 -> 100.
* Improved message presentation. Interface and ESC key functionality.
* Increased space between rows of data.
